Xiaomi is preparing a smartphone named code Hercules. The first information on his data sheet was posted on Twitter by a member of the XDA-Developer team. The features unveiled are those of a high-end smartphone equipped with a SoC Snapdragon 855, a triple photo sensor, a fingerprint sensor under the screen and it would also be compatible with wireless charging and the NFC.

That's all we know at the moment on this smartphone. The Xiaomi Mi 9 has been available for some weeks now, the code name Hercules could well refer to the successor of the Mi Mix 3 expected for the second half of 2019. The Mi Mix 4 should have the same characteristics as the Mi 9 in addition to propose as usual a more attractive design.

The current Mi Mix 3 which is also updated to offer the 5G displays a seamless edge-to-edge design thanks to a sliding system that allows the front sensors to be housed at the back of the smartphone. The Mi Mix 4 should present a similar design, unless Xiaomi prepares us a surprise on this ground by going for example housing the Mi Mix 4 sensors in a notch located at the bottom of the screen.

In any case, nothing allows for the moment to confirm that the Xiaomi Hercules is the Mi Mix 4. It could be a different model in preparation on the side of the Chinese manufacturer. In the coming weeks, new information will certainly allow us to see more clearly.
